Advertiser Disclosure
Governing law is unspecified. This page is intended for any advertising, affiliate, sponsorship or promotional relationship that may appear anywhere on ReservationEase or Hydra-operated content channels.
A credible advertiser-disclosure page must do two things: clearly explain any paid relationship and explicitly prevent confusion between the travel agency and the supplier. FTC guidance says disclosures of paid relationships should be straightforward and placed where users see them before or at the point of endorsement. Google advertiser-verification and ad-policy materials likewise emphasise identity, accurate business representation and public ad disclosures. FTC enforcement against hotel-room resellers is especially important in travel: the problem was not just pricing, but that ads, landing pages and call centres led consumers to think they were dealing directly with the hotel. For ReservationEase, the correct compliance posture is therefore to disclose sponsorship, affiliate and advertising relationships while repeatedly stating that ReservationEase is an independent travel agency rather than an airline or hotel operator.
ReservationEase is operated by Hydra Travels Inc. ReservationEase is an independent travel agency and not an airline, hotel, cruise line, airport authority or government agency. This Advertiser Disclosure explains how Hydra Travels Inc may display advertising, sponsored placements, affiliate relationships, compensated mentions, referral relationships or co-branded promotions across ReservationEase websites, landing pages, emails, blogs, social channels and related services.
Hydra Travels Inc may receive payment, commission, referral revenue, media spend, cost-per-click consideration, cost-per-acquisition consideration, placement fees, campaign support or other compensation in connection with certain adverts, links, supplier promotions, card or finance offers, destination content, sponsored editorial, email placements or referral arrangements. The existence of such compensation does not make ReservationEase the official site of an airline or other travel provider, and it does not mean that Hydra Travels Inc has authority to modify the supplier’s own policies except where Hydra is actually providing its own service.
Paid relationships should be disclosed clearly and in plain English. Labels such as “Advertisement”, “Sponsored”, “Paid placement”, “Affiliate link”, “Promoted partner” or similar direct wording are appropriate. Hydra Travels Inc should not rely on vague statements such as “we partner with great brands” where a more direct description of the payment relationship is needed. If a page recommends or highlights a product or supplier in exchange for compensation, the disclosure should appear at the beginning of the relevant content and again near the linked or promoted item where appropriate.
ReservationEase may show several types of advertising or compensated placement. Search or browsing pages may include banner placements, tiles, destination sponsorships, partner offers, financing options, newsletter ads, card offers, hotel or car cross-sell units, or content recommendations. Some promotional areas may be purely advertising inventory sold to a brand. Others may be affiliate or referral placements where Hydra receives compensation if the user clicks or buys. Others may be first-party merchandising of Hydra’s own services, such as assisted-booking support, flexible servicing or loyalty-related features. The disclosure language used should be matched to the actual relationship.
Hydra Travels Inc may use third-party ad-serving or measurement tools to deliver or measure advertising, subject to the user’s cookie and privacy choices where required. Those technologies may involve analytics or advertising partners who help Hydra understand impressions, clicks, attributed sales, audience suppression, campaign reach and conversion performance. Additional information about those tools belongs in the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, but this page clarifies the commercial relationship behind the content placement itself.
No advertiser relationship changes the fundamental status of ReservationEase as an intermediary travel agency. If a user clicks on an airline name, hotel name or third-party offer on ReservationEase, that must not be framed in a way that falsely implies that the page is the airline’s or hotel’s own official booking page unless it truly is. Hydra Travels Inc should not present supplier logos, trade names, URLs, phone numbers or support channels in a way that would cause an ordinary customer to believe they are dealing directly with the airline or hotel when they are actually dealing with Hydra or another third party. This rule applies equally to advertisements, blogs, destination pages, call-centre scripts and landing pages.
Paid promotion does not automatically determine ranking. ReservationEase may decide independently how to organise search results, recommendation modules or editorial content by using a mix of factors, such as price, availability, route relevance, popularity, supplier participation, customer demand, technical feed quality or commercial relationships. If any ranking or recommendation area is materially influenced by payment, sponsorship or preferred-placement arrangements, the page should say so in clear language near the relevant module.
Hydra Travels Inc should also disclose whether clicking an advertisement or affiliate link will take the user away from ReservationEase. If the user will be transferred to a third-party site, the page or link context should make that clear. Once the user leaves ReservationEase, the third party’s pricing, privacy practices, cookies, availability and terms will generally apply. Hydra Travels Inc should avoid implying responsibility for a third-party site’s independent conduct unless it actually controls that conduct.
The same transparency principles apply to influencer or social content. If Hydra Travels Inc pays for an endorsement, sponsors a creator, or receives compensation for a promoted campaign, the commercial relationship should be disclosed in a way that is visible where the endorsement is seen. A disclosure hidden in a footer, a dense hashtag cluster or an unrelated legal page is not sufficient where a user is being encouraged to rely on the recommendation itself.
Hydra Travels Inc may participate in advertiser verification or transparency processes operated by advertising platforms. If an ad platform publicly displays the name and location of the advertiser, that disclosure is controlled by the platform’s own transparency tools. This page complements, rather than replaces, those platform disclosures by explaining how Hydra treats advertising relationships across the ReservationEase environment.

Disclosure clauses
Some links or placements on ReservationEase are paid advertisements or affiliate links. If you click or buy through those placements, Hydra Travels Inc may receive compensation.
Payment for placement does not make ReservationEase the official website of the airline, hotel or travel supplier displayed, and it does not alter the supplier’s own fare rules, availability or operating policies.
