It’s simple: If you book your travel with us and then find that exact deal cheaper on another public website within 24 hours, just let us know, and we'll match that price. Just keep in mind that a couple of conditions have to be true for it to work:

• We'll only match the lower price if it's the same flight, same room type and same car rental, etc. Nothing should be different.
• The price you find has to be in the original currency and include all taxes, fees from the initial reservation.
• We will only match prices on publicly advertised offers that can be verified online. It does not apply to special member deals or exclusive discounts.

How to Submit a Price Match Request?

To initiate a price match, please follow these steps:

• Submit your price match request within 24 hours of booking with Reservationease.com
• Please provide your booking confirmation number and the details of the lower-priced offer. Please also include the competitor's website URL.
• We'll verify your price and get back to you within 48 hours.
• After confirmation, we'll update your booking to the new, lower rate or offer a refund for the difference, if applicable.

Exclusions to the Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to the following offers:

• Costs from auction-oriented sites and deals where the specific service provider for the airline or hotel isn't revealed until after you pay.
• Packages or bundled deals where customers cannot see the price breakdown for flight, hotel, etc
• Exclusive discounts and offers for loyalty program members and corporate clients.
