Currency should default to USD unless another currency is displayed before payment authorisation. Governing law is unspecified. If Hydra wishes to publish an ARC number, it should verify the number immediately before publication using ARC Check.
The most credible OTA-style price-match pages are narrow, document-heavy and verification-led. Google’s misrepresentation and unacceptable-business-practices rules reinforce the same basic idea: do not imply an affiliation that does not exist, do not advertise an unavailable offer, and do not push a user into booking before all relevant terms and total cost are made clear. Hydra’s current public site already offers both online search and assisted booking, so the policy below distinguishes carefully between self-service and phone-assisted pricing and requires like-for-like comparisons.
ReservationEase is operated by Hydra Travels Inc. ReservationEase is an independent travel agency and not an airline. Airline names, route information, schedules, fare brands and logos may appear on this website solely to identify available travel inventory or supplier content and must not be understood as creating any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship between Hydra Travels Inc and any airline unless expressly stated otherwise. Hydra Travels Inc may make available both online self-service booking and optional assisted booking by telephone, chat or email. Pricing shown on the website and pricing quoted through an assisted channel may differ where the service level differs, where assisted-booking fees apply, or where timing and availability change between the two channels.
Hydra Travels Inc wants pricing presented on ReservationEase to be transparent, reviewable and fair. Subject to the conditions set out below, Hydra Travels Inc may review a properly submitted claim that a lower total publicly available airfare was available for the same itinerary shortly after a booking made through ReservationEase. Because airline inventory changes rapidly and because many fares are sold subject to channel-specific restrictions, this page does not promise that every lower price observed elsewhere will qualify. It does promise that properly documented claims will be reviewed consistently and without hidden criteria.
For the purposes of this Price Match Promise, “same itinerary” means an itinerary that matches on all material booking elements, including the operating carrier or carriers, marketing carrier where relevant, flight number or materially identical flight, origin and destination airports, travel dates, departure windows if marketed as fixed, cabin, fare family or equivalent booking conditions, number and type of passengers, and whether checked baggage, seats, flexibility or other extras are included in the compared total. A public comparison must be like-for-like. A Basic fare with no cabin bag entitlement is not the same as a standard fare with baggage included. An online-only self-service checkout price is not necessarily the same as an agent-assisted travel-planning quote if the quote includes a disclosed assisted-service charge. A comparison site that shows a headline fare but adds mandatory fees at the next step is not a lower total-price offer for purposes of this page unless the lower total can actually be booked by the general public.
Hydra Travels Inc will review a claim only where the lower fare was visible and bookable by the general public at the time of review and where the lower total price includes the same mandatory charges reasonably calculable at booking. Optional extras chosen only by the customer, including ancillary seat purchases, travel protection, donations, card benefits, rush processing of documents, or after-sale services, are not part of the base comparison unless both offers include them on the same basis. Taxes and known mandatory supplier or agency charges should be included in the comparison. Government taxes that vary only after passenger data is entered, or optional services not selected by the claimant, are not part of the comparison until they become mandatory.
Price Match claims must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the original booking confirmation time shown by Hydra Travels Inc, and before the first flown segment departs, whichever occurs first. The claim must include the ReservationEase booking reference, the itinerary booked, the claimant’s full name, the lower fare amount, the comparison URL if available, the date and time of capture, the currency displayed, and either screenshots or another objective record showing the lower public price. Hydra Travels Inc may ask for additional evidence where the claim cannot reasonably be verified from the material first supplied. Claims that cannot be independently verified may be declined without further review.
Hydra Travels Inc will generally process approved Price Match claims in one of three ways. First, if the booking remains active and the difference can be reconciled operationally, Hydra Travels Inc may refund the verified difference between the original total charged and the lower verified comparable total. Secondly, Hydra Travels Inc may issue the difference as agency credit where a refund of the difference is not operationally practical but another transparent remedy is commercially appropriate. Thirdly, if the booking is still inside the applicable cancellation window and the airline fare remains eligible to be cancelled without loss of airfare, Hydra Travels Inc may offer to cancel the booking and restore the amount paid in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions. The actual remedy offered will depend on ticket status, time elapsed, payment status, supplier rules and operational feasibility disclosed to the customer at the time the claim is resolved.
The following offers are excluded from this Price Match Promise: member-only, login-only or subscription fares; corporate, negotiated, student, military, tour operator, group, charter, consolidator or unpublished fares; “opaque”, auction or bidding-model fares; prices dependent on coupon use not available to the general public; prices bundled with unrelated services that change the effective fare; loyalty redemptions; cashback or financing offers; obvious pricing errors; metasearch preview prices that are not the final checkout total; and any fare that cannot be reproduced by Hydra Travels Inc’s reviewer at the time of review. Claims are also excluded where the lower fare depends on a different point of sale, different country, different tax residency, different currency conversion treatment, or a different payment method surcharge not available to the claimant.
If the original booking was made through an assisted channel, the comparison must account for the relevant service level. An online-only headline fare on a competitor’s site will not automatically invalidate a ReservationEase assisted-booking total where the telephone or chat transaction included a disclosed assisted-booking fee and the competitor fare does not provide comparable assisted service. Conversely, if a claimant can show that another publicly available assisted transaction for the same itinerary carried a lower verified total including mandatory assisted fees, Hydra Travels Inc may consider that like-for-like claim on the same criteria.
Hydra Travels Inc reserves the right to decline repeated, abusive or bad-faith submissions, including claims based on manipulated screenshots, stale caches, automated scraping, or offers not genuinely available for public purchase. Repeated use of this policy to challenge every dynamic-price movement after booking is not permitted. Airline pricing can move up and down within minutes; the purpose of this page is to correct objectively verifiable mismatches, not to insure against all market movement.
Nothing in this page changes the fact that ReservationEase is an independent travel agency, that airline inventory and fare rules are controlled by the relevant carrier or supplier, and that payment for the original booking is processed by Hydra Travels Inc. Approval of a Price Match claim does not guarantee that any later voluntary refund, exchange or cancellation will be free of airline or agency post-ticketing fees. If a claim is denied, the original booking remains subject to the fare conditions presented at checkout and any other applicable ReservationEase policies.

Legal clause for claim
Any approved claim will be resolved only after Hydra Travels Inc independently verifies that the lower fare was publicly available, bookable, and materially identical to the confirmed ReservationEase itinerary. Dynamic price differences, stale cached fares, membership-only promotions, and prices that omit mandatory fees will not qualify.
